We offer a 14 day refund and returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This applies to physical products bought from this website www.natureworkswonders.co.uk (check below for exceptions). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for paying for the postage for returning your item. If you receive a refund, you will be reimbursed for the standard delivery cost you paid to get the goods sent to you in the first place.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital download products or gift cards.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and send an email to info@natureworkswonders.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to the bank account that you used for your original payment.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
